The matches were alright overall. I had a few games that were actually fun, and then right after that I’d get one with random lag that made everything feel off. It wasn’t bad enough to ruin it, but it also wasn’t smooth enough for me to say it was great. So yeah, I liked it, but I was also annoyed half the time

I booked a session and, they showed up right on time. The coach actually joined a couple minutes early, so there was no awkward waiting around or wondering if it was going to happen. My gut feeling was that they were organized and respectful of my time, which isn’t always the case with sites like this. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

I didn’t have a great experience with 1v9. Compared to other services I’ve tried, I was expecting something straightforward and easy to use, but this felt more confusing than it needed to be and not really worth what I paid.
The support was also slow. I’ve had better help from similar platforms where they actually responded quickly and explained things clearly, but here the replies didn’t really solve my issue, so I just ended up waiting around and getting frustrated.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t a good fit. I wouldn’t use it again, especially when there are other options that felt smoother and more reliable in my experience

My order actually arrived sooner than I figured it would, which was a nice surprise. The updates took a little while to come through, and from the tone of the messages I kind of assumed things were just moving slowly behind the scenes, but the delivery itself ended up being quick. Overall, good experience, I’d give it 4 stars

I mean, for the price, it’s actually good. Not like super amazing or anything, but it does the job and I feel like the money was not wasted, if that makes sense.

I booked a session because I was hard stuck, tilted, and kind of tired of trying different services that all say the same thing. The coach watched my games and pointed out stuff I wasn’t even noticing, like bad resets and taking fights when there was no wave.

What I liked was that it didn’t feel like copy-paste advice. We actually made a small plan for my next games, and he explained it in a way that was easy to follow without making it feel like homework.

After about a week, I feel way calmer in games and I’m winning a lot more. I went in skeptical, but this was actually worth it. 5 stars from me...

I had a annoying time with this site. Pages were loading strangely, the menus didn’t make much sense, and checkout kept kicking me back like I had done something wrong. On top of that, the whole experience kind of made me feel talked down to, like the site expected me to just figure it out instead of actually being easy to use
